Purposes of data processing by us and third parties

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. We do not transfer your data to third parties for purposes other than those stated.

We only transfer your data to third parties in the following cases:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): You have expressly authorized us to transfer your data to a specific third party.

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or at your request.

  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR / Art. 32 LOPDGDD): We are required to transfer your data to authorities or third parties due to legal obligations (e.g., commercial law, tax law).

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): The processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests (e.g., IT security, fraud prevention), and we assume that you do not have an overriding legitimate interest in not sharing your data.

Note for Spain: The processing of personal data in Spain is subject to additional requirements under the Spanish LOPDGDD (e.g., special data categories, higher transparency obligations).

Use of external services (OpenStreetMap)

Our website uses OpenStreetMap (OSM), a free, collaboratively created mapping service (https://www.openstreetmap.org/).

The map is not loaded automatically. It is only activated when you click on the corresponding button or link. This means no connection is established to the servers of OpenStreetMap or other external services while you are using the website normally.

Once you use the map (e.g., by clicking the button), a connection is established to the OpenStreetMap servers. OpenStreetMap then collects technical information such as your IP address, the browser you are using, and the operating system. This data is processed by OpenStreetMap in accordance with its privacy policy. We have no influence over how OpenStreetMap processes your data.

You can avoid using the map at any time by not clicking on it. If you consent to the use of the map, this is done on a voluntary basis. You can revoke this consent at any time by visiting the website without using the map.

Technical cookies and data processing in Contao

Our website does not set any cookies that store personal data or enable tracking. The technical features of the website (e.g., session management) are implemented without the use of cookies.

OpenStreetMap – as described above – is only loaded when actively used by the user. No automatic data transmission takes place as long as you do not use the map.

If our website uses functional cookies (e.g., for language recognition or settings), they are only set with your explicit consent. You can deactivate the use of such cookies at any time via your browser settings.

Deletion or restriction of your data

We adhere to the principles of data minimization and data economy. Your personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or to comply with legal retention periods (e.g., under Spanish commercial or tax law).

Once the respective purpose has been fulfilled or the legal retention periods have expired, the data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., under Art. 33 LOPDGDD).

Note for Spain: The legal retention periods in Spain may differ from those in the EU. If you have any questions about specific Spanish requirements, please contact the AEPD.

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, Spanish LOPDGDD) or to reflect changes in our services.

For your next visit, the new privacy policy will apply. We recommend checking our website regularly to ensure this privacy policy is up to date.
